Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve we went to my Nanie and Papa's house. We had dinner and then everyone opened up gifts. The same tradition we've done since I was a baby!

Christmas with my parents and Lights Tour

This year we had to do something different for Christmas. Usually my parents and brother come over on Christmas morning to do our gifts, but my brothers new fiancé had to work Christmas day so we had to have it a week earlier. Which actually worked out nicely. We invited my grandma over to join us. We opened gifts...lots of gifts. And ate chili, cinnamon rolls, and I made a lot of different appetizers. YUM!!

After opening gifts we went in an excursion limo to look at all the big Christmas lights in Fort Collins. We drank lots of hot cider in the limo. It was a lot of fun!

Gingerbread House Decorating

I invited some neighborhood kids and their moms over for a Gingerbread House Decorating Party! It was a lot of fun!

Alexis did a great job!

Paxton liked putting the candy on the house and then immediately pulling it off and eating it. ha!

Pajama Christmas Party

I got to be a mommy helper for Alexis' Preschool Pajama Christmas Party. The kids got to decorate cookies and then had a gift exchange. Alexis received a frog game, which she loved. I enjoy being able to help out in her class.

{Family Movie Night} Mickey's Magical Christmas

Such a great movie! We all really loved it. We watched it several times.

Christmas Cookies!

We had a wide open day, which is rare in the month of December. So I decided it would be fun to decorate some Christmas cookies!

Paxton enjoyed frosting his hand instead of the cookie, and then shoving it in his mouth!

But when the frosting got in his eyes, there was tears and he was done.

The finished cookies! Fun!

Alexis' Christmas Dance Show

Alexis had her Christmas Dance Show today. The class got to show us a few things that they have learned and then they did their Christmas dance for us. It was to Jingle Bells, super cute!

Cory and my parents came to watch. She was so excited to show them her dance.

After the show there was lots of Christmas treats to eat.

It was a fabulous time!

So proud of her!
